Jeremiah Massey will be the replacement of Marc Jackson(2.06-C), who invoked personal reasons and left the Spanish team to return to the States. The president of Obradoiro, José Ángel Docobo confirmed the news in a press conference this morning. He said that he gave permission to sports director Alberto Blanco to hire Jeremiah Massey.
Obradoiro need all the help they can get in order to avoid relegation and this time they're brining the big guns. Massey was released from Real Madrid not so long ago, breaking his contract that would have lasted one more season because he wouldn't get any playing time there. Massey will be finding former teammate(from Aris Thessaloniki) Reyshawn Terry(2.03-SF/PF) in Obradoiro. Massey averaged 8.5 points and 4.5 rebounds in 38 games for Real in the ACB last season.
